Where do you find Concussion Shot? (Ranger Skill, Post Searing) - Guild Wars Forums

Title says it all. I'm post searing and my greatest weakness is Warrior Monks holding up my entire team healing themselves. As a Ranger Concussion Shot would stop these beasts in their tracks. Where do I find it? I'm desperate.

Fishermans Haven, but you have to do a quest, you cant just buy it
